·         Implemented the ITIL/ITSM framework of the Remedy/BMC TrackIt Help Desk application for the resolution of incidents, problems, change management, procurements, and asset management.

·         Planned, procured, executed, and monitored hardware/software (1,000 devices and 10 software packages) for the startup of the Hurricane Sandy Disaster & Recovery division.

·         Reduced equipment deployment times by more than 50% (from 75 to 30 minutes) by contracting with vendors to ship pre-imaged/configured devices from specifications which I provided.
